FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Curious about how things work at THE NICHE VENUE? We’re here to help. Below you’ll find some frequently asked questions we receive from many of our clients. We’ve tried to answer all of your questions and concerns, but please get in touch if you still can’t find what you’re looking for. One of our staff members will be sure to help you out.

  • Can I bring in an outside caterer or vendor?
    Yes! The NICHE Venue does not offer onsite catering; however, you are welcome to contract your own caterer or vendor for your event. Our in-house kitchenette is available for storage and prepping (no cooking). We are more than happy to offer suggestions on local catering companies.
  • Is there a charge for use of the kitchenette?
    No! The use of the kitchenette comes complimentary with your event space rental.
  • Do you allow alcohol?
    Yes! An ABC banquet license must be obtained and submitted to The NICHE Venue two weeks prior to your event. You can start that process here.
  • Do you need an appointment to tour the building?
    Yes! Tours are conducted by appointment only. Contact us anytime to set up a tour.
  • Does The NICHE Venue offer free wi-fi?
    Yes! We offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout our facility.
  • What is provided with the room set up?
    We offer bluetooth speakers, two Smart TVs, as well as tables (round and/or rectangular) and chairs for up to 120 guests. Table clothes and Chair covers are available as add-ons.
  • Is there a time limit for the use of your spaces?
    Yes! Our spaces are available for the amount of time specified on the rental agreement. All events must end by 12:00 a.m.
  • Is the building handicap accessible?
    Yes! All available event spaces are located on a single level and restrooms are also handicap accessible.
  • When can I consider my event booked at The NICHE Venue?
    Once a contract has been signed and the initial deposit has been paid, your event is booked!
  • Is there a security deposit required?
    Yes! A non-refundable security deposit of 25% is due when your contract is signed. This amount does go towards the remaining balance of your account. All remaining balances are due two weeks prior to the day of your event.
